RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

HULKBAR’S RETURN POLICY

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for any unused item in new condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging. If an item has been used or damaged, it may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To return an item, please use the Online Returns/Exchange Form to generate and print your return authorization. Keep in mind, all final sale items and certain non-returnable items such as made-to-order items, closeout items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Additionally, items returned without their original packaging or in an incomplete state may also not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

For exchanges, customers within the Continental US 48 are only responsible for return shipping, while customers outside of this area will be responsible for shipping both ways. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and your refund will typically be returned to the original form of payment.

HULKBAR’S CANCELLATION POLICY

 We understand that plans change, which is why we offer cancellations for orders prior to entering the “Processing” stage. You can track the status of your order in the “Order History” tab on your account page at hulkbar.com. If you need to cancel your order, please submit an inquiry on the support tab at hulkbar.com. If eligible, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.

Please note that entire orders must be canceled and cannot be modified to only cancel specific items. If you still wish to receive certain items from a canceled order, you will need to place a new order for those items.

If you are unable to cancel your order because it has already entered the “Processing” stage, you may return it following the steps outlined in our Return Policy.
