The HulkBar Power Push ™ forces you to use the correct form while minimizing spinal compression during extreme power transfer. Just like jumping, running, or cutting while pushing a HulkBar, power is being transferred through the ball of your foot to the ground.

Unlike a sled, which uses friction to create resistance, the Hulkbar uses the weight of a truck or SUV that rolls freely in neutral, allowing for a smooth and natural kinetic chain flow in your body.
