The design of the product allows for customization of front pad height to assist beginners (so they don’t go to low) and rear legs that fold down to put the bench in a decline angle making it more difficult for advanced users. Adjustable foot cushions raise and lower to accommodate all foot sizes. The HulkBar™ Nordic Bench provides an easy way to perform glute ham raises with comfortable cushions for your feet and knees. 

Focusing on this muscle group will increase your  squat strength and balance your legs when used in a consistent leg training program. There is very little spinal compression in this movement and the effects can reduce the chance of ACL injuries. Users will see improved squatting power, deadlifting ability, and speed out the blocks.
