Description

The HulkBar™ Nordic Curl Bench v2.0 is the most effective and versatile of all GHD (Glute Ham Raise) machines. The product’s design allows for customization of front pad height to assist beginners (so they don’t go too low) and rear legs that fold down to put the bench at a decline angle, making it more difficult for advanced users. Adjustable foot cushions raise and lower to accommodate all foot sizes. The HulkBar™ Nordic Curl Bench provides an easy way to perform glute ham raises with comfortable cushions for your feet and knees.

The new rear section is designed to allow your feet freedom of motion unlike flat plate designs that engage the calf and tibialis muscles inadvertently due to poor design. The primary purpose of Nordic curl bench is to isolate the hamstrings. The rear footrest is only there to be a stop and help stabilize your body. Your foot rest height is independently adjustable from the foot pads giving you a customized fit that suites your body type and dimensions. The overall length of the rear foot section is adjustable along with the height providing many position combinations to suite your preferences. If the position doesn’t feel good, you have the ability to find a position that feels just right.

The HulkBar™ Nordic Curl Bench v2.0 is made to be low to the ground for safety reasons. At some point you will lose your balance while getting into position to do Nordic curls, if you happen to be using a budget option like the straps that wrap around your ankles and connect you to a weight bench, you risk falling while you are strapped to an elevated bench and injuring your joints, hands or worse. Because you are in a vulnerable position while performing Nordic curls, the Nordic curl bench you use needs to be rock-solid, giving you the confidence to give 100% with out trying to hold back because you feel the equipment is sketchy and unstable.

Focusing on this muscle group will increase your  squat strength and balance your legs when used in a consistent leg training program. There is very little spinal compression in this movement and the effects can reduce the chance of ACL injuries. Users will see improved squatting power, deadlifting ability, and speed out the blocks.

The HulkBar™ Nordic Curl Bench has wheels for easy placement in your home or gym and it stands upright to save space when storing at home and in the flat position will fit underneath most beds with 8 inches of clearance.
